The International States Parliament for Safety and Peace has been set up on December the 15th, 1975, with the adhesion to the Constitutional Chart of the Presidents of Cyprus, Mali and Senegal Republics.

Coat of arms: two gold rampant lions that hold a shield, in a red background, with a gold crown in the middle that dominates two silver Maltese Crosses. Below the two rampant lions there is the Latin written “nec temere, nec timide” on a white ribbon. All enclosed by a globe surmounted by a big gold eagle, crowned by five stars representing the five continents. Two winded laurel branches surround the coat of arm. At the bottom there is another wide ribbon with the English written “Internal Parliament”.
