INTERNATIONAL SETTLEMENT ON NOMINATIONS

The Supreme Presidency Council of the International Parliament for Safety and Peace, New Society of Nations, has approved the following international settlement, in accordance with the articles of the Vienna Convention (1961 and 1963).

INTERNATIONAL SETTLEMENT

The Supreme Council of the International Parliament of States for Safety and Peace, New Society of Nations, in accordance with the legislation in force on the activities of Parliaments and Diplomatic Representatives presents in the Nations, has approved the following International Settlement:

1) All the members of the International Parliament of States for Safety and Peace, Senators, Deputies, Politic Counsellors, Ambassadors, Delegate Ministers, Political Departments Ministers, Representatives and Diplomatic Counsellors: all are obliged to personally participate to the parliamentary works that carry out every two years in Palermo – Italy, during the Conferences concerning the Safety on the Mediterranean Area.

2) Members of International Parliament of States for Safety and Peace, officially invited by the International Presidency, should send a political report, written in the own national language, that they will read during the Assembly.

3) Members of International Parliament of States for Safety and Peace, resident in Italy, that, after being invited, refuse to participate for more than two consecutive times to the Conferences, ignoring the International Presidency’s communications and refusing to send a message to justify the absence from the Parliament Works: all these member States will be declared outgoing volunteers and they must leave all the political and diplomatic charges of the International Parliament of States for Safety and Peace.

4) Members of International Parliament of States for Safety and Peace, belonging to the Italian Group, which have never participated personally to the Parliament Works with at least one presence to the Conferences concerning the Safety on the Mediterranean area, that take place every two years in Palermo – Italy: they will be declared not in force ipso, jure et facto from all the political and diplomatic charges of the International Parliament of States for Safety and Peace. This is because the parliamentary activity is not admitted by correspondence.
